Veterinary Examination: We require you to have your kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 business hours of bringing them home to validate this initial health status.

Coverage Details: This guarantee specifically covers severe, life-threatening genetic conditions that impair the kitten’s quality of life. This includes genetic heart defects or hereditary organ failure.

Claims Process: In the tragic and unlikely event that a genetic condition is diagnosed within the first year, you must provide us with full medical records and a formal written statement from two independent, licensed veterinarians confirming the genetic diagnosis.
